3. Tracking Your Order

4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • If the package is marked as delivered but not received, check with neighbors or your local post office before reaching out.
  • We are not responsible for stolen packages but will work with you to resolve issues.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, follow these steps:

  1. Take clear photos of the item and packaging.

  3. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our refund policy.

6. Cancellations & Order Changes

  • Orders can only be canceled or modified before processed and shipped by our warehouse
  • After this period, your order is already in processing and cannot be changed.
